I graduated from Virginia Tech - Business in 1985. I then worked a few years for Burlington Industries - Menswear Division in production logistics. Following that, I moved to Danville, VA and began my career with State Farm Insurance in 1989. I was interested in becoming an agent for State Farm because of their highly respected reputation for service and leadership in the industry.
